Terms & Conditions – #ManaHappiKitchen Contest

These Terms & Conditions (“Contest Terms”) govern your participation in the #ManaHappiKitchen Contest (“Contest”), conducted by Happi Planet Eco Products Private Limited (“Happi Planet”/“We”/“Us”), in association with its authorised agency partners and affiliates (“Affiliates”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Contest Terms, along with the general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy available on www.happi-planet.com (“Website”).

 

1. Eligibility

  1. The Contest is valid for purchases of the Happi Planet Kitchen Cleaner made exclusively on www.happi-planet.com between 11th November 2025 and 20th November 2025.
  2. The Contest is open to individuals who are residents of India and are 18 years or older.
  3. Employees of Happi Planet, its Affiliates, agency partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

2. How to Participate

To qualify for cashback under this Contest, participants must complete all the steps below:

  1. Purchase the Happi Planet Kitchen Cleaner on the website on or before 20th November 2025.
  2. Create and upload an Instagram Reel featuring the product on or before 30th November 2025.
  3. The Reel must:
    • Tag @happiplaneteco
    • Include hashtags #ManaHappiKitchen AND #HappiPlanet
  4. Ensure your Instagram profile is public at the time of review so the submission can be verified.

Posts missing required tags or hashtags will not be considered valid entries.

 

3. Cashback Offer

  1. Eligible participants will receive cashback equivalent to the amount paid for the Kitchen Cleaner product only, inclusive of applicable taxes.
  2. Cashback is applicable only once per Order ID per submission.
  3. Cashback is capped at ₹500 per customer.
  4. In case of combo orders, cashback will only apply to the Kitchen Cleaner price component.
  5. Cashback will be processed within 48 hours from successful verification of details submitted by the participant.

 

4. Cashback Process

  1. Happi Planet or its Affiliates will reach out to participants from the official Instagram account, based on tracking of submissions using the hashtag #ManaHappiKitchen.
  2. Participants will receive a standard message along with a form link which must be completed accurately.
  3. The form may request the following details (non-exhaustive):
    • Name
    • Phone Number
    • Instagram Post Link
    • Order Number
    • UPI ID
  4. Following submission, Happi Planet or its Affiliates will verify the details and initiate the cashback via UPI.

 

5. Data Privacy & Handling

  1. The handling of participant data will follow Happi Planet’s published Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found at https://www.happi-planet.com/policies/privacy-policy.

 

6. Content Usage

  1. By participating, you grant Happi Planet a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use your submitted content (including your Reel) for marketing, reposting, promotional activities, and other brand communication purposes.
  2. You warrant that the content posted does not infringe upon any third-party rights, is original, and complies with Instagram’s community guidelines.

 

7. General Conditions

  1. Incomplete participation steps or failure to provide required details will result in disqualification.
  2. Any content posted without the hashtag #ManaHappiKitchen will not be considered.
  3. Happi Planet reserves the right to:
    • Reject entries that are inappropriate, offensive, fraudulent, or violate any law.
    • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
  4. Cashback will not be offered in any form other than UPI transfer.
  5. Happi Planet and its Affiliates shall not be responsible for:
    • Technical failures of Instagram
    • Delayed posts
    • Inaccurate information submitted by participants
    • UPI payment failures due to incorrect or inactive payment details

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  1. Happi Planet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in this Contest.
  2. Total liability of Happi Planet shall not exceed the cashback amount applicable to the participant.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

  1. In case of any conflict, ambiguity, or dispute, the decision of Happi Planet and its Affiliates shall be final and binding.
  2. These Contest Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  3. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

 

10. Acceptance

Participation in the Contest implies that the participant has read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
