Terms and Conditions

The Campaign is sponsored, organized and administered by Happi Planet Eco Products Private Limited ("Happi Planet" or the "Organizer"), having its address at C-206/7/8, Damji Shamji Corporate Square, Laxmi Nagar, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai - 400075, Maharashtra, India.

The Campaign will run from [Campaign Start Date] 12:00 AM until [Campaign End Date] 11:59 PM, both inclusive ("Campaign Period"), unless modified, suspended or terminated in accordance with these Terms. All references to time are to Indian Standard Time (IST). Orders placed outside the Campaign Period will not qualify.

The Campaign is open to individual end consumers who are lawful residents of India, excluding residents of Tamil Nadu and any other jurisdiction in which the Campaign is prohibited or restricted by law, and who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and prize fulfilment. Employees, directors, officers and immediate family members of Happi Planet, its affiliates, agencies, vendors and persons directly involved in administering the Campaign are not eligible. Resellers, distributors and bulk or institutional buyers are also excluded.

During the Campaign Period, an eligible participant must place and successfully complete an order on www.happi-planet.com containing one or more Happi Planet products with a total product value of at least [Minimum Order Value], calculated after discounts and inclusive of applicable taxes but excluding shipping, handling and similar charges ("Eligible Order"). Unless otherwise stated by Happi Planet, each Eligible Order will receive one entry irrespective of the amount spent above [Minimum Order Value]. Multiple Eligible Orders may receive separate entries, subject to verification and the prohibition on fraud or misuse. No separate entry form is required.

An order that is cancelled, returned, refunded, reversed, unpaid, incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise invalid will not qualify. If such an order has already been entered into the draw, the related entry will be void. Happi Planet may verify order status at any time before prize delivery.

[Number of Winners] winners will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries through a lucky draw conducted on or around [Draw Date]. The method and platform used to conduct the draw will be selected by Happi Planet and recorded internally. The likelihood of winning depends on the total number of valid eligible entries received. Happi Planet's decisions regarding eligibility, validation, duplicate or fraudulent entries, and disqualification will be final and binding to the extent permitted by law. Happi Planet will not select winners on a subjective or preferential basis. To ensure complete fairness, Happi Planet employees, affiliates, suppliers, vendors & partners are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

Each verified winner will receive [Prize Description] ("Prize"), with an approximate retail value of [Prize Value]. [Number of Winners] Prizes are available in total. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. [Third-party brand name(s), if any] are not sponsors, administrators or endorsers of this Campaign and have no association with it.

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address and/or mobile number associated with their Eligible Order within 7 days after the draw. A potential winner must respond within 7 days and provide documents reasonably requested to verify identity, age, residential address, order details, tax compliance and eligibility. Happi Planet will never require a winner to disclose a password, OTP or payment-card PIN. A potential winner who cannot be contacted, does not respond on time, provides incorrect information, refuses the Prize or fails verification may be disqualified, and Happi Planet may conduct a replacement draw from the remaining eligible entries.

After verification, Happi Planet may announce each winner's name and city on the same website or social-media channels used to promote the Campaign. Participants consent to this limited publication for transparency and prize administration. Any additional use of a winner's photograph, testimonial, voice or likeness for advertising will require separate consent where required by law.

Happi Planet will be responsible for procuring and delivering the Prize to each verified winner at a valid serviceable phone number / email ID in India supplied by that winner. Delivery is expected within 7 days after successful verification and completion of applicable tax formalities. Risk of misuse of the Prize passes to the winner upon confirmed delivery of the Prize.

All taxes, levies, duties and incidental costs arising from acceptance or receipt of the Prize will be handled by Happi Planet in accordance with applicable law. Where tax must be collected, withheld or paid before release of an in-kind Prize, Happi Planet may require the winner to complete the necessary documentation before delivery. Failure to complete these formalities within the stated period may result in disqualification.

Happi Planet may reject or disqualify an entry where it reasonably believes there has been fraud, manipulation, use of false details, automated activity, multiple identities, resale activity, abuse of the return or refund process, breach of these Terms or conduct that compromises the integrity of the Campaign. The Organizer may request supporting information before making a determination.

Happi Planet may modify, suspend, postpone or terminate the Campaign where reasonably necessary because of law, regulation, technical failure, fraud, supply disruption, natural disaster, public emergency or another event beyond its reasonable control. Any material change will be communicated through the Campaign page or the channels used to promote the Campaign. To the extent reasonably possible, Happi Planet will protect valid entries received before the change and will not reduce the number or value of Prizes after participants have qualified, except where fulfilment is unlawful or impossible.

The Prize will be supplied subject to [Retailer/Manufacturer name]'s standard warranty and terms. Except for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, Happi Planet does not provide an additional warranty regarding the Prize. Any manufacturer warranty claim may need to be made directly with the manufacturer or its authorized service provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happi Planet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from participation in the Campaign or use of the Prize. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct or mandatory consumer rights.

Happi Planet will use participants' order and contact information to administer the Campaign, verify eligibility, communicate with potential winners, announce verified results and deliver Prizes. Information may be shared with service providers such as draw administrators, tax advisers and couriers only as reasonably necessary for these purposes, subject to applicable law and Happi Planet's privacy policy available on its website. Campaign records may be retained for the period required for legal, tax, audit and dispute-resolution purposes.

The Campaign and these Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum jurisdiction or other non-excludable legal right, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to the Campaign.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay or failure by Happi Planet to enforce any provision will not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together with Happi Planet's website terms and privacy policy, constitute the rules governing the Campaign. If Campaign advertising conflicts with these Terms, these Terms will prevail, subject always to applicable law.
